The TelcoSI proxyNM solution comprises a server and many agents. The server instructs the agent which tests to run, and then gathers the results.
With our agents running on customer computers inside customer networks we are obliged to take security very seriously.
We do not give away details of the security principles and precautions built into our agents and servers but in summary, they include:
- No customer files ever accessed (or transmitted from agents back to server).
- No customer files ever written.
- No sniffing of customer network traffic.
- No reading customer browser history.
- No spying on computer task/usage.
- Checksummed, signed and verified communications between server and agent (and vice versa).
- No holes in firewalls required for installation or operation.
- All executable files are checksummed and signed.
